Started running in January 2014 and last run 25 years ago, when I ran 2 half marathons. I started with half a mile and at the end of the year built to 16 miles. I ran the VMLM in 2015, 4.07.43, absolutely fantastic atmosphere. Been plodding away ever since. Show More...

What's the biggest challenge that awaits you? Keep on improving to the best of my ability with time available to train. My first challenge was a sub 4 marathon, after my first marathon the VMLM in 4.07 I had 2 'false starts' and then I managed a sub 3.30 in my second marathon.
