Goole parkrun - definite PB since I did it just over a year ago. Went off what was in retrospect too quickly and then panicked in the 4th km and had a few walking breaks. Want to get my head and legs working together better. But did include some mud, I ran through (muddy) puddles and was 1.5 minutes quicker so overall not too bad
