PhilB Felt a bit whacked after mileage of past two week, but pleased with time. Lost pace in km 3 and 4 again, the same problem that has dogged my times much of last couple of months. Something to work on. Followed new temporary route from Millenium Bridge to coned turn, before return along same route out, due to closure of nursery loop for period while work undertaken in park.
