4 strides after. Beautiful evening out, did have a yueingling in me which maybe helped my enjoyment, buts still. Enjoy running around penn park a bit, watching all the folks playing tennis and soccer and generally enjoying themselves. Legs felt pretty good on run, and then strides felt good and smooth too.
