Gobi 16.43(1st place infront of JOCK lad) at NHTT today, another solo TT effort. Hating to be unsubtle but I needed a POOH and the toilets were shut(nowhere to hide and do this) so I ran as best I could on the day with a bloaty feel in my guts. Very happy to put down another solid run. NICE Cannock & Stafford AC 16:16 16:16 16:43 79.20

JPK 11 seconds slower than last week. Excuses - Its was too hot, I was tired after not sleeping much last night due to said heat and I was heavy legged after racing last Thursday. Next I will pb. Reading Joggers 19:41 19:58 20:45 63.35
Kew 1st time running this and much slower than I would have liked but legs tired due to heavy training all week. This is a time I can beat - going to try and make one TT every month Reading Joggers 22:03 23:53 24:43 59.75
