1408 Still struggling with shin splints, so training has been on and off for the last 4 weeks. Surprised at my time as i haven't ran further than 5 miles in the last 4 weeks. Another good race that was well marshelled, a nice touch by the organisers who shouted runners names as opposed to numbers when nearing the finnish. Unaffiliated 44:01 44:01 46:30 45:04 58.60
