Alun Aimed for 90 seconds per lap (37:30) and tried to hold it for as long as possible. Dropped off by a couple of seconds but hung in there, averaged out at 91-92. Pushed as hard as possible for the final lap and crossed the line in 38:12, picked up the M50 silver, a PB and a 3:22 M55 club record! Felt great but the big question is whether I'll be able to walk in the morning?? Medway & Maidstone AC 36:49 38:12 38:15 38:12 81.20
