Zehnderboy Felt very strong for first 5k, was there at 24:04, but the run back was full into the wind and I couldn't keep up the pace. Pleased I snuk in below the 50 mark, but after first 5k thought that I could challenge the 49 min mark. Not to be this time, hope to break that next time out.
