amys dad actually a 10k race now,compared to previous 10.6. tough course, so pleased with time,lost a bit last 3k but hung on for,i believe 10th place. Haverhill RC 40:25 76.27
Flat Out Fi First race since the London Marathon and it went well! Course has changed since last year and is now 10k rather than a bit more! I was 2nd lady, Fiona T was 1st lady. Pleased with my time considering legs have been so bad since the marathon!! Unaffiliated 42:16 76.44
kiki.d Looking forward to this as I have no expectations apart from getting round in one piece! Great run, was feeling pretty strong up to 7k but then the going got tough. Always a tough hilly course so v.pleased with sub 51min time and strong finish. Results now out, 61/148 and 13th lady :-). Saffron Striders RC 55:00 50:52 67.55
