    Son of a Pronator Man: It was tough then. Knitted tops, cotton shorts and only three in a relay team.

    becca7: Yes, that was the look I was after. I couldn't find trousers with a waistband high enough for the Simon Cowell prototype in the middle.

    becca7: This was the gold medal winning team - Vic D'Arcy, David Jacobs, Henry McIntosh and (not in picture) William Applegarth. McIntosh died 1918 in WW1.
