cabletow: You can see the natural efficient from of children - she is using the hamstring to pull the foot up rather than the hip flexors to drive th knee up and the lower leg forward, hence she looks relaxed balanced and her thigh muscles of her swing leg are relaxed (more so than yours) - great pic -
